This Privacy Notice is effective immediately from the date of this Evans Homes website going live on 21.10.2024. It applies to the personal data of our visitors, website users, tenants, suppliers, home buyers and potential home buyers.

Evans Homes Limited qualifies as a Data Controller under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament and of The Council of 27 April 2016 General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). As such, we aim to comply with all legal obligations which the GDPR implies on Data Controllers.

It is important that your personal information is kept safe and confidential. It is equally important to Evans Property Group that when we receive communication from you, we keep this information secure.

Once an issue has been raised, Evans Homes Limited will then urgently investigate and assess the potential breach and take appropriate action.

Data is retained in electronic form and backup procedures are in place to prevent data loss in the event of data corruption or destruction.

Data that is no longer required by Evans Property Group will be deleted.

Tenant, Potential House Buyer and House Buyer Data

We need information in order that we can fulfil the terms of the contract between us.

We need contact details of relevant individuals at your organisation so that we can communicate with you and send you invoices. We may also undertake credit checks on our tenants in order to assess suitability for entering into a lease and ongoing monitoring of financial stability where this is deemed necessary.

If you require your information to be removed, you can contact us on the relevant email addresses to do this.

Supplier Data

We need a small amount of information from our suppliers in order that fulfil the terms of the contract between us.

We need contact details of relevant individuals at your organisation so that we can communicate with you. We also need other information such as your bank details so that we can pay for the services you provide.

CCTV

We have installed CCTV systems in our premises and sites for the purposes of public and staff safety and crime prevention/detection.

Images captured by our CCTV systems will not be kept for longer than necessary. However, on occasions there may be a requirement to keep images for longer, for example when a crime is being investigated.

If you have attended one of our offices, you have the right to see CCTV images of yourself and be provided with a copy of the images upon request.

Wi-Fi

Evans Homes Limited can provide visitors with access to its guest Wi-Fi within its premises and sites. Please note that no personal information will be obtained or stored from the usage of our Wi-Fi systems.
