We’re proud to once again sponsor the Leeds Sports Awards, an event that celebrates the outstanding achievements of athletes, coaches, volunteers, and teams across the city. Now in its 22nd year, the Leeds Sports Awards will take place on Thursday, 15th May at The Carriageworks Theatre in Millennium Square, bringing together the very best of Leeds’ sporting community.

As part of our ongoing commitment to grassroots sport, we’re sponsoring two key categories at this year’s event: Community Coach of the Year and Community Club/Team of the Year.

This year’s two finalists for Community Club of the Year, Methley United and Crossgates Harriers, recently visited our Skelton Lakes development, where they met members of our team, including Chris Paul, Chair of Methley United, and Richard Whitehouse, Secretary of Crossgates Harriers.

To celebrate their achievements, we’re offering a special thank-you: members of both clubs will receive a £1,000 contribution toward the purchase of a new home or extras at Skelton Lakes if they buy within the next 12 months. It’s our way of recognising the incredible work these clubs do in keeping grassroots sport thriving across Leeds.

We currently offer a fantastic range of 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes at Skelton Lakes and will soon be launching another exciting development at Whinmoor Fields.
