Evans Homes, a Division of the Evans Property Group, is growing the number of sites across Yorkshire. The two existing developments at Regency Place, Tockwith and Skelton Lakes, Leeds will shortly be joined by two new locations open for business.

As a family-owned property investment and development company, with solid foundations in Leeds and Yorkshire, Evans Homes, is now taking Coming Soon enquiries from potential homeowners for a new development in Leeds. Whinmoor Fields is being designed for first-time buyers, families, downsizers and young professionals and will include two, three, four and five bedroom homes as well as a number of apartments.

The company is hoping to start construction work on site in early 2025. New homes brought to the community by Evans will offer affordability and will meet the aspirations of future homeowners in a great place to live. Close to the city of Leeds and green spaces including the iconic Roundhay Park with its gardens, woodland and leisure amenities, Whinmoor Fields has a great deal to offer.

Yorkshire housebuilder Evans Homes has also recently acquired land off Barff Lane in Brayton, near Selby in North Yorkshire. This will be the fourth site to be launched by one of the region’s newest names building homes with a high specification. The company is hoping to be on site in the early part of next year and the aim is to provide North Yorkshire with a development that will be worthy of its setting and location, a welcome addition to the local landscape. Plans will be worked up very soon.
