Today—and with great excitement—we’re turning the spotlight on a valued member of our team: Jonny Rawsthorne, Assistant Site Manager at Regency Place in Tockwith. Jonny has recently completed his NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Construction Site Supervision (Building and Civil Engineering).

This is a nationally recognised, work-based qualification designed for those in supervisory roles on construction sites. It focuses on developing the practical skills and knowledge needed to manage health and safety, monitor work standards, coordinate teams, and ensure quality across every stage of the build. It’s also a key step toward further progression in the industry, enabling those who complete it to apply for the Gold CSCS Supervisory Card.

At Regency Place, Jonny plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the site—coordinating works, managing resources, and making sure every home is delivered to the highest possible standard. He also supports homeowners after they move in, ensuring their experience remains positive well beyond the build.

Reflecting on his recent achievement, Jonny said:

“Equipped with this new knowledge and learning from my course, I feel confident that it will help me to progress my career. I’m also looking ahead to future courses — potentially a Level 6 NVQ”

He also credited Alan, Site Manager at Regency Place, for offering guidance and support throughout the process.
