With new sites in Yorkshire coming on board in 2025 Evans Homes are looking to hear from experienced salespeople in the housebuilding sector who are looking for a new challenge, to join a growing company that is part of the Evans Property Group.

The Senior Sales Executive/Field Sales Manager role at Evans Homes is a mid-senior level role responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets, managing customer relationships, and overseeing sales transactions. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring compliance with sales procedures, and managing administration for existing and new developments.

The role typically requires previous sales management experience, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Role and responsibilities 

  • Lead, inspire and recruit a sales team to achieve monetary and volume targets.
  • Manage customer relationships and oversee sales transactions.
  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions to ensure all documentation is provided.
  • Ensure sales processes are audit compliant.
  • Manage the sales CRM system
  • Achieve sales targets consistently and manage all developments across Yorkshire to maximize sales potential.
  • Assist with after-sales queries.
  • Manage external companies providing services to Evans Homes
  • Attend monthly Executive Management Meetings and prepare reports

Qualifications and requirements 

  • Previous sales management experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business discipline is advantageous.

  • Keep up to date with new thinking including legislation, economic conditions and technology
