EVANS HOMES ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT NEW SALES ADVISORS IN YORKSHIRE

With new sites in Yorkshire coming on board in 2025 Evans Homes are looking to hear from experienced New Homes Sales Advisors who are looking for a new challenge, to join a growing company that is part of the Evans Property Group.

Our Sales Advisers help customers find their dream home and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor at Evans Homes you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments
  • Effectively manage leads and use skills to convert enquiries to site visits and sales
  • Tracking and responding to all leads and enquiries
  • Negotiating and securing sales
  • Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
  • Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified
  • Utilising our sales methodology, CRM, schemes and incentives effectively to close a sale
  • Achieving sales targets in line with business requirements
  • Organising Home Demo’s and 3,7,and 14 day visits after residents move in

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous experience of sales in a housebuilding environment
  • Be commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors
  • With excellent communication skills negotiate persuasively and be capable of influencing others assertively, building rapport with customers
  • Understand and act upon customer needs to maintain the company ethos
  • Thrive on challenge, have resilience and be driven to achieve personal and organisational targets
  • Remain calm and controlled under pressure
  • Be able to self motivate and work independently
  • Encourage and support people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practice
  • Embrace change and explore new ways of working to help the continuous growth of the sales operation
  • Demonstrate IT skills and literacy
  • Keep up to date with new thinking including legislation, economic conditions and technology

Candidates will need a full driving license and use of a vehicle for business travel. As well as being flexible with travel, sometimes at short notice.

You must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
