International Thank You Day is a moment to pause and recognise the people who work tirelessly behind the scenes, and today we’re proud to say a big thank you to Jonny Rawsthorne, Assistant Site Manager at Regency Place.

In his role at Regency Place in Tockwith, Jonny has played a key part in supporting the build as it has progressed to this important stage. From helping to manage the day-to-day running of the site to ensuring the high standards of quality and craftsmanship that define an Evans home, his commitment and attention to detail have been evident throughout. Just as importantly, Jonny has become a familiar and friendly face for homeowners, offering ongoing support and reassurance once they have moved into their new homes.

As work at Regency Place moves forward, Jonny is now sharing his role between Regency Place and our Skelton Lakes development in Leeds, continuing to support our teams and homeowners across both locations. His experience and dedication play an important role in maintaining consistency, quality and care across our developments.

This final stage of the build at Regency Place presents opportunities for buyers to secure a new ready to move into home within the development. A range of New Year incentives is currently available on our remaining 4 bedroom detached homes, including upgrades and stamp duty contributions.

Part Exchange and Assisted Move options are also available on selected plots to help make moving simpler and less stressful.
