Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing executive to join the company. As well as providing creative ideas to help achieve our goals, you will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and furthering our commitment to customer service.

You will collaborate with members of The Senior Management Team and external agencies/suppliers and your insightful contribution will help develop our marketing channels and new developments.

This role will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of different marketing approaches as well as practical experience of implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in brand marketing and the property sector.

Responsibilities

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and activity.
• Perform market analysis and research on competition.
• Support The Management Team in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in marketing and advertising activities, particularly building social media campaigns, direct marketing (EDM’s), and updating content on company websites.
• Update the company database and customer relationship management system (CRM), as well as listings with external organizations – for example Right Move, Zoopla, New Homes for Sale, On the Market.
• Prepare marketing materials and help evaluate the effectiveness of these.
• Help organize sales and marketing events as well as site launches.
• Prepare ongoing customer care reports and have direct contact with customers/residents, liaising with the site teams.

• Be prepared to enter a fast-paced sales and marketing work environment.
• Good communication and the ability to be part of a team.
• Solid understanding of different marketing concepts and techniques, particularly in social media and online communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, Campaign Monitor and Google Adwords)
• Passion for Marketing and Communication

Qualification

This role would suit someone who has recently graduated in either marketing or communications. Or a recent graduate in another subject who has practical marketing experience.

Work Environment

It is anticipated that the role will entail 2 days working from home and 3 days working from the office or onsite
